Under the invitation of Lhagvasuren Sayanaa, Ambassador of Mongolia to Bulgaria, His Holiness Bulgarian Patriarch Daniil attended an official reception at the embassy. His Holiness was congratulated by Her Excellency for his election and enthronement as the Primate of the Bulgarian Orthodox Church. Patriarch Daniil highlighted the good relations between Bulgaria and Mongolia and expressed a desire for more joint meetings, conversations and initiatives between the diplomatic services and the Bulgarian Orthodox Church. The official event was attended by His Majesty Tsar Simeon II, many politicians, ambassadors and public figures.
