On the occasion of 50th anniversary of the Dragoman, His Grace Bishop Polycarp of Belogradchik, vicar of the Sofia Metropolitan, blessed the Orthodox Christians in Dragoman.
Bishop Polycarp was together with archimandrite Basil, protosingelos of the Diocese of Sofia, priest Assen Asenov, hieromonk Macarius, abbot of the "St. Athanasius" monastery and Deacon Georgi Chitalov.
At the end of the worship, Bishop Polycarp blessed Orthodox Christians and greeted everyone on behalf of His Holiness Patriarch Neophyte. He presented an icon of the Holy Mother of God to the Mayor of Dragoman with the wishes of the Mother of God to protect all residents of Dragoman.
